This is the third stop of our self-driving trip. I searched for this B&B online because I was bringing my dog ​​with me. It’s a quiet place in a busy city, very clean, and the room is spacious. As soon as you go out, you will see the old district full of food shops, and you can fully feel the atmosphere of life. There is a paid parking lot, but it is a test of driving skills. The main theme is that the brave will win when they meet on a narrow road.

Location: In the residential area in the second half of West Street, navigate to Fengsheng Palace. Go straight in the alley opposite and you will see a gate. After entering, you will find a large parking lot. The small door of the B&B is next to the parking lot. (If you drive, it will be difficult to drive into the alley because it is very narrow and full of electric vehicles) The homestay is a three-story building converted from a residential building. There are only two rooms on each floor. The rooms are decorated in a fresh and tidy style, the beds are comfortable, and there is also smart home equipment. There should be some renovation work next to the room we stayed in, which started at around 8 o'clock every day, which was not very friendly to people who got up late. The sound insulation was not very good, and every time someone walked by outside, you could clearly hear the footsteps and voices. The guy who received us was very enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and introduced us to nearby delicious food. He also responded to the communication on WeChat in a timely manner. The price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend it to people who come to Quanzhou. PS There are a lot of delicious food near the B&B. We ate Wang Yongli beef noodles twice, haha.

The location of the B&B is good, you can park at the door, but the parking lot is too broken and full of mud when it rains. The owner said it will be repaired in a while. The facilities in the room are OK. I personally think the room with a balcony on the second floor is the best. Although the family room on the first floor is the most expensive, it may be because the bed is bigger. But it’s not as comfortable as the rooms with balconies on the second and third floors! Also, the attitude of the B&B staff is acceptable, but the service awareness still needs to be improved. When we arrived at the room on the first day, we thought it was cleaned very well and were ready to leave a review. However, the cleaning on the second day was very rough. We came back late and were very tired, and there was still toothpaste in the washbasin and the floor was not swept, so we simply cleaned it ourselves. There are safety hazards on the entrance steps on the first floor. I almost fell on the first day, and my father fell directly on the second day. Fortunately, no bones were broken. I told the staff, and they asked if we needed to go to the hospital. I said no bones were broken, but they didn't ask if I needed any medicine. They also sent me a screenshot of a message to remind me that I don't know if it was the decoration company or someone else who said there was a safety hazard. In fact, you didn't need to send it to me. It gave me the feeling that you were evading responsibility. You should have put up a warning sign on the spot in time and let someone deal with it on the spot, but when we went back, there was no warning sign at all. The female staff with long hair also spoke harshly. Because the slippers were of poor quality, my mother asked her for them the next day (the slippers were not put away when cleaning the next day. We stayed for two nights and should have paid for two days. The standard should be the same as the first day). She directly said that they had been put away yesterday, meaning that they were not needed when cleaning the next day. Her service awareness is very average. If the boss can see this, I hope she can improve it so that the business can last long! It is our custom to clean the room before leaving. The long-haired female staff member reminded us to pay attention to hygiene when we checked in. I don't know if she had encountered untidy guests before or what, but it was unreasonable to remind us when we checked in! We brought our dog with us, but you are a pet-friendly B&B, right? We will also notice that the picture below shows us cleaning up after we left.

The B&B I chose for this trip is really great! The first thing I want to talk about is the service, which is considerate and thoughtful, making people feel particularly warm and comfortable, just like at home. The room is even more amazing, extremely exquisite, full of retro style, as if you have traveled back to the old time, the details are full of style, and it feels great to live in. And oh, you can see the beautiful scenery of the courtyard when you open the window. The picturesque scenery is really soothing, and your good mood for the day is instantly brightened. There is also a self-service beverage bar, so you can drink whatever you want, which is convenient and comfortable. The public area on the second floor is also very nice. It's a great place to relax and it's so comfortable to stay there.

I stayed at a great B&B in Quanzhou West Street! It was really unexpectedly clean and tidy. The facilities are also very complete, the whole house is smart and convenient, and the bed and four-piece set are super comfortable. Every one of the delicacies recommended by the store is so delicious that it makes you cry! It’s not a surprise at all. The service is even more enthusiastic. The butler is online anytime and anywhere to answer questions patiently. Another unexpected surprise was that we were lucky enough to come across a homestay hosting a family dinner to make up for the winter in southern Fujian and participate in it. The southern Fujian hot pot is authentic and delicious. The boss is very caring and full of ritual.

位置在西街裏面，出門需要多走幾步但是離景點比較近，環境還可以種了點花草點綴，也有假花裝飾小院；管家人很好，貼心詢問到店時間還會提前打開空調，幫忙提行李，雨季蚊蟲多還送了香包驅蚊；房間裝修也蠻好的，床很軟睡起來挺舒服的，枕頭放了兩種很細心。 老闆還給了一些旅遊攻略建議，很實用不會踩雷，總之蠻好的，推薦入住。
