從前台到客房服務，每位員工都保持着親切的微笑和高效的服務。辦理入住時，工作人員主動遞上濕毛巾和温水，並詳細介紹了酒店設施及周邊景點路線。遇到下雨天，大堂禮賓員還會貼心地提醒客人領取雨傘。
2. 客房環境舒適
房間設計簡約現代，衞生狀況非常乾淨，床品柔軟透氣。浴室乾濕分離做得很到位，沐浴用品的梔子花清香令人放鬆。小缺點是隔音稍微偏弱，但夜晚整體仍算安靜。
3. 地理位置便利
靠近浦西萬達商圈，步行約10分鐘即達，周邊餐飲選擇豐富（推薦嘗試薑母鴨和麪線糊）。打車到西街、開元寺等景點約15分鐘車程，適合遊客出行。

春節期間和家人出遊至泉州，房源緊俏定上了〖顏值LAB房〗。到店後就在前台看到了酒店準備的旅遊説明，十分貼心。
房間格局緊湊，美中不足的是從箱子裏拿出衣服的時候卻發現沒有架衣服的地方。
入住當天晚上，清晰的聽到隔壁在吵架，實在受不了了給前台打電話反饋了。沒多久就聽到有工作人員上來敲隔壁的門幫忙解決問題。這一點值得肯定，但是也可以從根本上解決一下隔音問題。
泉州很好，下次要在淡季再來一次。

春節期間為了參加與同寢室姐妹的聚會，提前一天來到泉州。衹能説申遺成功後的世界遺產城市泉州實在是太熱了，酒店貴得有點難以接受。找了一輪，選擇了這家，皆因幾年前在西安旅行時住過同樣名字的酒店，當時相當滿意印象深刻。
前台小姐姐安排了有個小窗户的大床房，窗外就是個小區盛世融城。房間裏總的來説還是很乾凈的，就是隻有一個電梯，電梯也很老舊。走出大路衹要2、3分鐘，路口就是公交站，有很多條線路的公交車，還是很方便的，特別説明的説春節期間幾乎全部公交車都是免費乘坐的，真是很贊。對面又是一個更大的小區，一樓裙樓有家牛肉店，過年期間也是24小時營業呢，趕緊去吃了一碗牛肉羹，熱騰騰的，很是暖心暖胃。過年不漲價，又得點個贊。
