Friendly staff. Pleasant rooms. As an English speaker might be difficult if you don’t have someone who can translate for you. Across the road from a mall and supermarket. An easy walk to the Kai Yuan Temple one way and a lovely lake the other. Good aircon which you certainly need in July as it’s very hot outside

The location is good, very close to West Street. When we first arrived at the hotel, the male receptionist had a very good attitude. Unfortunately, the next day when we came back from dinner, we were replaced by a female receptionist. We asked for two bottles of water and she said reluctantly that there were some in the room. I was surprised. Why couldn't we drink the water in the room in the afternoon? It was such a simple matter of two bottles of water, but she kept emphasizing that there were some in the room, but she didn't give them to us. It was ridiculous.
