I was drawn in by the great reviews of this place so decided to book it for our trip to Quanzhou - so the plus is that the location is indeed central, and if you are a solo traveller or a couple the room is definitely big enough for you.
We booked the Loft family room and found it a little cramped as there isn't seating like a sofa or anything, just a desk and a chair. The toilet design was also a little odd as the door is a glass door with just a short swathe of frosting/decal to cover the midsection. Again, OK if you are alone or a couple but otherwise just weird.
Staff were responsive if you could get hold of them, the cleaning was sporadic in that it wasn't very thorough and sometimes things weren't replenished.
Note that the location of the hotel is in an alleyway, not accessible by car. You have to drag your luggage on a cobbled street for almost 100m or so to get to the main entrance.

This is a very unique homestay hotel. It has everything we need. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful too. It is nearby to some local restaurants which also not far away from walking to the main road.
I t just that the distance is more to the east and may need to take some time to walk to the west street.

The best choice for coming to Quanzhou is to stay in this homestay. The guy was very enthusiastic. He contacted me in advance and sent me route instructions. On the day of check-in, he saw that I had not arrived yet at night and called me in case I could not find it. In the end, they helped me with my luggage. Thank you so much. For people like me who travel with the elderly, they are simply a lifesaver. After playing every night, we drank tea and chatted in the homestay. It couldn't be more comfortable. Highly recommended
