總的來説還是比較不錯的。
洛江區市中心的環境都不錯，靠近區政府機關，吃的多，靠近公交站，交通便利。（怎麼有點像答高考地理題。）
服務好，退房時間為14:00對於陰雨天無處容身之人來説是極好的。
衞生好，可惜有蚊子，點蚊香也沒用。
樓下是幼兒園，説的好叫在一片充滿童真的笑聲中迎來新的一天，説的不好叫7:30之後根本不可能再睡懶覺。

房間設施陳舊，環境一般。地理位置便利，去西街打個滴也就15分鐘左右。平時100多的房價，春節漲到近500，節日裏也能理解。
