The best thing about this hotel is the staff .They are so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The head of housekeeping, a lovely woman, even brought me some of her own coffee and also brought me black tea for breakfast since I am a Laowei! 😉😇☘. The location is beautiful, by the lake, the hotel decor is exquisite, the hygiene standard is top class and inside and outside is splendidly maintained . Five stars for sure .Thank you to the kind staff once again. 🌺🙏🌺

I was already very tired when traveling, so I opened the room early in the morning and wanted to sleep until I woke up naturally, but I never expected it! At 7 o'clock in the morning, there was an electric drill downstairs that was very noisy. Even though I called the front desk, the problem was not solved. I simply got up and ate and went out to play in the morning. I was in a state of no energy and no energy at all. The same was true for the children! Very angry!

1. At 7 o'clock in the morning, a hammer drill started to drill into the wall. I couldn't sleep anymore. When I checked out, I told the front desk. The front desk said that the decoration staff did not listen to them and did not apologize at all.
2. There is a strong smell of paint in the lobby on the first floor.
3. The room design is stupid. The bedside of the double room is facing the shower room and there is no cover.
