The hotel is clean and quite close to the mall, there is a place to charge motorbikes or electric cars nearby, it's just a hassle because there are lots of passwords on the door.

It's not a homestay, but a hotel. It's in an industrial park. There was no one in the park during the Chinese New Year, and it was a bit deserted. But who can blame Quanzhou for being so popular that you can't book a hotel nationwide? It's fully booked during the Chinese New Year!
Facilities: Everything is available. The water heater is new and very warm.
Hygiene: It's been decorated for two or three years, but it's very clean. Someone also bothered to change towels the next day!
Environment: I don't dare to live here alone. The surroundings are desolate and there are no shops. Fortunately, there are express delivery!
Service: The hotel owner is very good. The first time I paid for parking, the owner directly transferred cash to me and told me it was free.
Parking: The parking lot at the door is very large, free of charge, and there are charging piles.
