Had an important incident ie damage with my vehicle when given to valet parking
Our room was on the third floor 321, behind the hotel which is fine yet it’s overlooking nothing but old houses and rooftops however beware that both garbage and delivery trucks were busy as of 6am

It’s been 2 years in a row that we stay at Hotel 71.
We plan to do this every year.
Last year we discovered there is an international fireworks competition on the St. Lawrence river in front of the hotel first 3 weeks in August. such a lovely surprise. And that time of year is gorgeous in Quebec city. The hotel is centrally located, Staff is so friendly and accommodating and the rooms are beautiful. Make sure you get river views. It’s worth the price

Great boutique hotel close to a lot of attractions. Front desk and Valet were very helpful and provided great service. Special thanks to Justin who went the extra mile to help us figure out our Passport parking issue.

As a seasoned traveler I was surprised this was rated as a 4 Diamond. There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. Staff was pleasant, rooms clean, decor unremarkable, lobby unremarkable, breakfast unremarkable, adjoining restaurant unremarkable.
Location was good. Overall, the hotel was just " ok."
