"The hotel is quite close to the attractions. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Did not go to breakfast, the Queen bed is very comfortable and the space is very large. The environment and layout are very comfortable, the staff understand English and French and are very welcoming. And the hotel rooms are relatively quiet."
"I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins)."

"It is a very nice hotel. Small room but nothing is missing.
The air conditioning is noisy and the soundproofing is not adequate. We hear the neighbors taking the shower.
Shame"
"This is a unique hotel, the hotel is an old warehouse remodeled. The design of the hotel contains many elements of historical relics. The service staff are very kind, the service is attentive and attentive, the restaurant’s produce is also very good, and the variety of beverages is very wide. It is an unforgettable experience that combines a modern and quaint hotel."
"Very nice hotel, good location, very convenient to the old town and old port. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel, which is also very convenient for buying food. The stay experience is quite good."
"Coming to the city of ghosts, there is no loneliness anymore, everything is brilliant
Location:
The hotel is located in the most central location of the ancient city, very eye-catching, and it is within walking distance to the surrounding areas. The hotel has more than 600 rooms, and it feels like a maze when walking. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, and the restaurant is also a great location to watch the sunset.
Room size:
It's just that the room is too small. It's really too small. The suitcase is a bit hard to open. The same is true for the bathroom. If you are a little taller, you can only enter sideways.
Room facilities:
The facilities are still a little old, and there is no Bluetooth speaker. The heater is very loud.
Service:
The hotel is too big, and you still need to wait for a long time if you need a service.
Breakfast: Breakfast is charged extra, and it is a standard American Western food, but it wins in the excellent location. It feels like a vacation.
Gym and swimming pool:
When I went there, I happened to encounter the swimming pool maintenance. Unfortunately, I only swam for 15 minutes.
The gym facilities are still a little less, and the area is still too small.
Value for money: Overall, it’s pretty cool to live in a castle, but in all other aspects, it’s just average."
"Best hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again."

Very Good
GGuest UserHello.
I have stayed at a hotel from November 7th to 8th.
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was good.
My confirmation number is ********** and my name is KOH DAE KAWN.
The question is that the parking fee was paid by the hotel counter with a card, but the parking fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Can you check and contact me?
Have a nice day
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
LLvxingzaixingkongxiaThe room is big, but the sofa bed is not very flat, the head side is a bit tilted, it is not very comfortable to sleep. There is free breakfast, which is quite rich. There is also free parking, you need to register the license plate at the front desk. There is a good restaurant not far away.
GGuest UserNice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.
KKarenDespite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!
Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building
RRUIThe hotel is in the old town, very close to the attractions and within walking distance. Just in time for the Christmas season in Quebec City, the streets and alleys are all dressed up with various Christmas decorations, and the lights are very beautiful at night. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with two large beds very comfortable. Because there is no elevator in the old house, the residents can only climb the stairs, but fortunately, they can exercise on the third floor. There is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the business is good. I originally booked a room without breakfast. I upgraded it to include breakfast at the front desk. Thank you very much. The parking fee for two nights was also confiscated before checking out. This trip was really worthwhile.
GGuest UserClean but aged lodging, as expected in the old town center. Great vibes in the surroundings. It doesn't have a sign, just trust Google maps when it says you've reached your destination. There's no elevator, and only 1 or 2 rooms on the ground level - not suitable for the elderly if you can't get the ground level rooms. It's right in the center of the old town, and right next to a nice park which also houses military?! 🤔
Recommend visiting the Wedding Veil Falls about 20 min drive away. You can get much more up close and personal than the Niagara falls. Enjoy a fanciful and delicious meal in the cafe at the top of the falls 🥰
YYUEWhen I first arrived, no one at the front desk called before I came back. There was no elevator, no elevator, no elevator, but the boss was very good to help us move up. The room was very small. Two boxes could hardly be placed.
