We didn't have a heater that we could control in our room and it got quite cold in the mornings and night times

Very quiet, nice single-family cabin, very tasteful. This is probably a characteristic of New Zealand, which is vast and sparsely populated. Due to the small number of service staff and their working mode, there was no one to greet us when we arrived late, but he still made arrangements.
