Environment: The most important thing is the environment. It is right in the center of Queenstown. Open the window and you will see the largest lake. Facilities: There is a small happy hour living room with many Chinese elements and a wide variety of wines. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but water easily flows out of the bathing area Service: The young lady who received me in Queenstown on the first day was very enthusiastic.

It's located in the center of town and the location is great. It is convenient to go anywhere on foot, but there are many places where there are no parking lots nearby or there are time restrictions. If you can rent a car, we recommend parking a 10-minute walk away from the center. The room is clean, but the kitchen is so-so. It is at a level that is okay for a light snack. The only amenities provided are bath towels, so we recommend bringing your own.

Very good location! In the town, eating and shopping are very convenient! It is also very close to the port. If you take a steamboat, you will get to the ticket exchange location in 2 minutes. Feel free to go to the lake to sit and sit... The facilities are old, but the room is big enough! Kitchen utensils are very complete The only dissatisfaction is that the water pressure is too small! The two bathrooms can't take a bath at the same time. Even if you wash your hands outside, the water in the bath will start to drop... there is no way to wash!

It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.

A great experience for a female solo traveler. I Pros I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day). The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy. The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash). Cons This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close. Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.

Super! Satisfied! (Except a bit expensive) The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the other employees were also very enthusiastic and provided timely service. The room was very clean and big, and the milk was refillable, but unfortunately I bought some and didn't drink much. The main thing is that the view is so good!!! I usually don't use a bathtub, but I can't help but look at the scenery outside while enjoying the spa in the bathtub... I also saw the Milky Way and the Aurora on the balcony at night, which I missed a little! It's perfect! If possible, I must stay a few more days next time.
