Hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed; however, needs some updates. TV was partially broken and bathroom fan broken. Told the receptionist and he said he knew about it already. Also, walls are very thin so can hear flushing toilets and people walking about all through the night. Not a great sleep! Not too much of an issue, but as Queenstown is expensive, would be nice to have these things fixed if they knew about them!
Eichardt's Private Hotel

Environment: The most important thing is the environment. It is right in the center of Queenstown. Open the window and you will see the largest lake. Facilities: There is a small happy hour living room with many Chinese elements and a wide variety of wines. Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but water easily flows out of the bathing area Service: The young lady who received me in Queenstown on the first day was very enthusiastic.

Very clean hotel, the room is large, the terrace has a view of the snow-capped mountains and the lake, the service staff is also very attentive, helpful and provides transportation arrangements. If I come to this place again, I will stay again😎😎
The Carlin Boutique Hotel

I was shocked downstairs and thought it was a residential building, but when I came in, I was suddenly enlightened. There are not a few rooms in the hotel, very boutique. The interior decoration is the common standard of domestic high-end hotels, not amazing, but the view from the terrace is amazing, Jacuzzi is a plus
Highview Apartments

A little distance from the centre of Queenstown, about 10 minutes walk. When going back to the hotel from town, it was uphill, which may be a little stressful for the elderly. The room was comfortable with 2 bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. The view from the living room is good.

This home is very suitable for family travel. We booked two bedrooms, which has a lot of space for two adults and one child. We met a beautiful lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and communication was easy. We gave the children a bottle of milk when we checked in. Having a kitchen will suit Chongqing people’s habit of eating small noodles in the morning. Although everything is sold in Queenstown, popular stores require reservations one or two days in advance. The queue for the big all burger takes an hour, so for breakfast it’s suitable to make spicy noodles and a steak. This parking space is convenient, and it is said that parking in Queenstown is very strict. Finally, there are the clothes dryer and washing machine. They are not as convenient as other hotels. I don't know if I need to get the laundry card in advance to turn them on. I feel like the clothes dryers on the street are more convenient to use. The map given at the end is very useful, and I recommend cyclists to go to Jack point track.
