Very disappointing. After a long trip and 2 flights, I wanted a clean bathroom and a good room. They took us to a large bedroom, but the bathroom was completely dirty, there were toilet tissues from other people in the trash bin; toilet was dirty. We had to ask to move us to another room; the second room was clean but it was much smaller. There is an AC that doesn’t work well, a window that do not lock. There’s not enough soap (actually no soap to shower today). The hotel looks empty - we do not see other guests - but they gave us first a dirty bathroom and later a small bedroom. Since the hotel is empty, why a better bedroom was not given to us when we found the dirty bathroom?
