It was a great stay at Brentwood Suites! We needed a place to spend the night for the kids to relax from face to face classes. Its location is also best for the next day not to get late from traffic jams. The place is nice, courteous hotel staff, nice selection of food for breakfast buffet and the rooms are clean. Probably would prefer to stay here again in our next overnight!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However being my first time in the Philippines. Location is mediocre. There’s a Burger King and Panda Express across the street, but I wouldn’t want to wander far from the hotel at night.

The location is strategic: very near convenience stores, supermarkets, schools, banks, and transportation.
The staff are courteous and accommodating. Breakfast is good! It was served to us in our room. The crispy bangus with fried rice, fried egg, and fresh fruits are satisfying. I’m sure to come back soon.

CCeejCelebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

SSHAINAI had a fantastic stay at Seda Vertis North from February 8-12 while on a business trip. The Corner Suite was spacious, modern, and had everything I needed—a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-lit work desk, and fast WiFi that made working from the hotel effortless. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful city view, which was a nice touch after a long day of meetings.
One of the best parts of my stay was the exclusive lounge access—a quiet and comfortable space where I could work, enjoy refreshments, and unwind in between tasks. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to business centers, restaurants, and shopping malls.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool, which allowed me to relax and recharge.
Overall, Seda Vertis North was the perfect home base for my business trip—comfortable, convenient, and well-managed. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects of my experience. First and foremost, cleanliness was outstanding. The entire property, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless, making it a comfortable and refreshing place to stay. The housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining hygiene, and everything felt well-maintained.
The beddings were of high quality, soft, and comfortable, which made my sleep very restful. After a long day of travel and exploring, having a cozy and well-prepared bed was definitely a highlight. The pillows were just right—not too firm or too soft—providing excellent support.
One of the best features of this hotel is its accessibility. It is strategically located near key areas, making it very convenient for transportation and getting around. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with all the basics, and the hot water supply was reliable. Though the hotel doesn’t provide a restaurant, it’s surrounded by numerous eateries offering a variety of cuisines within walking distance, so dining was never an issue. The lobby had a minimalist yet welcoming design, and the 24/7 front desk staff were always available to assist with any queries or requests, showing a genuine willingness to help.

AAnonymous UserIf you're too agreeable, customer service might not prioritize your needs as a guest, assuming you're okay with non-functional amenities. It was only when my mom expressed dissatisfaction about changing to a room with working amenities that they accommodated our request.
So far now, we are in a room that amenties are working perfectly fine.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
