就沒有住過這麼差的如家。去到導航定位的地方，如家在裝修，門口貼了一張紙讓去聖源辦入住。辦理入住時，前台説他和如家是一樣的房源。入住後，先後換過四次房間。第一次，非一次性拖鞋散在地上，被子上面有沙子；第二次，被子上有四處污水乾了的污漬，鏡子上面還有兩道不規則的紅色油漆，問服務員，服務員説都是那樣，很正常；第三次，房間地板上有蟑螂跑過，踩死後跟服務員反應，服務員急着把蟑螂踢走，説那不是蟑螂，他們酒店不可能有那種東西；第四次因為時間太晚，外面有雨才勉強住下。總之，之前每次出遊都住如家，這次是最差的體驗。

賓館一樓在裝修，需要從別的酒店進入。
賓館老舊，衞生間不是乾濕分離，花灑水流太小，使用的沐浴液，洗髮水很差，沒有小瓶水，是個大壺裝的水，瓶口漏的，沒有敢喝，整體格局是上世紀的招待所水平。
比較好的地方，
停車位多，位置還比較市中心，出行還可以。
床鋪用品可以，蓋着比較舒服，床墊不錯。
整體感覺，這個價格，不滿意。

住的酒店跟如家沒有半毛錢關係，掛羊頭賣狗肉，圖片不知道是哪裡偷過來的，進去裏面完全是8，90年代的風格，像鬼樓一樣，牆皮都是脱落的，房間一股味道，衞生間臟死了，洗個澡，水小的泡泡都沖不乾淨。你們平台都不審核嗎？如家都不審核嗎？如果不是點星才能評價，我是一星都不想給！！！！

入住的是標準間，房間很寬敞，床上用品還算可以，老賓館了設施陳舊，停車出入都很方便。免費桶裝水，賓館自已灌裝的小桶，水桶看着比較舊，水應該沒問題，但看看水桶總感覺水喝着有點心裏不踏實，還好燒開水喝沒有沉澱和水垢之類的。
