The Front desk especially Mr. Travis was very helpful and cooperative. The housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day and Mr. Travis apologised

Awesome stay all around from check in - to check out. I extended my reservation the next morning- wasn't inconvenienced having to go back to the front desk and check-in again that's customer service!

The overall is not bad, the service is okay, the room is clean but the room is a bit small. Sound insulation is also good. The location is ok and the price/performance ratio is high.

The room is more general, basically the feeling of Samsung. The hotel has a free washing machine dryer, which is more convenient. Breakfast is really simple, just egg bread. However, the hotel is very close to the subway red line north quincy , just a few minutes walk. The supermarket is also very close to shopping. There is also a small China town nearby, there are some Chinese restaurants, not bad, the taste is quite Chinese.

The location is relatively remote, the room is quite spacious, and the service attitude is OK. Breakfast is average, there are too few choices, the price is cheaper than other places, and the price is OK.

This hotel is very well situated for me when I visit my Boston/quincy friends! I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to use this as a base of operations!

The room was very clean, quiet, and cost appropriate. The facility was easy to access's off the freeway as I was not familiar with the area. The Check in process is very simple. The air conditioner blows very cold m. The sheets were soft and cozy.

This hotel is still very good! There is legalseafood next to it, and there is an Amc cinema, just 2 minutes drive; the lobby can print things by itself! ; Can dry laundry; The only downside is: the room behind pkwy is very noisy, the floor is very thin, I was complained downstairs with the child, and I changed the room halfway! I think the service is OK, I think it is not intimate enough to consider the customer's appeal! The second time I went to live, I said that I had to stay away from the high-speed room, and their front desk still gave the room on the high-speed side! Until I said that I had to check out and change the hotel, their manager changed the room to me! If they say that this room is the room, don't believe them! Too much heart at this point, such a trick is really incomprehensible! Shouldn't it be possible to meet customer requirements?

Good chain hotel, good management, cleanliness, comfortable bed, breakfast is good, location close to high speed, near a Macy's mall, there are restaurants, the only bad thing is the WiFi is not good, the speed is very slow
