We chose Qujing Shengshuiwan Hot Spring Hotel after the May Day trip. We really made the right choice. The front desk enthusiastically checked us in. 來你們家這麼多次了，這次真的整無語了。你要修改制度或者改策略啥的，是你們的事。但是為什麼讓顧客覺得自己是大冤種。泡池不開放，泳池不開放，開放的要麼四十多度，要麼三十四五度。中午來的，玩了會兒吃晚飯，晚飯沒吃飽……到了夜宵，更是自助餐直接不開了，半夜還自己跑出去找吃的，連足療店都能給你吃飽，你們這吃不飽。第二天退房，一點二十就來敲門了。辦理入住之後去泡個温泉，得從外面大路走過去，拿手牌，換。我尋思我訂酒店不是為了更舒適更方便嗎。來了這麼多次了，開不下去申請破產吧。

衞生：差，温泉池裡全是泡出來的泥，巨噁心。
中餐 晚餐：特別特別特別差，人太多了，排隊吃飯都要排40分鐘，位置也沒有，還有顧客因為搶位置吵架，菜品跟剩菜一樣，飯也是冷的，跟大街上18一人的快餐差不多，吃得真的太差了，比90一個人的洗浴城吃的都差得多得多，完全不值這個價。
春節比平時貴了3分之一，102公分的小孩泡温泉就要收半票149。還不計算好入園人數，放那麼多人進去，很多衹泡温泉的顧客都沒有床位休息，太不合理了。
