Facilities: Still OK Health: Not bad Environment: The surrounding environment is so-so. Even the roads inside the hotel will be blocked by electronic cameras and the traffic police will send text message warnings. This is so disgusting. Service: so-so!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. I like the Mediterranean style of the hotel, which is fresh and comfortable. The hotel is clean and hygienic, the environment is quiet, and the front desk service is friendly. The breakfast variety is single and the taste is average!

The price was a bit expensive, the internet actually crashed on the day we arrived, and it was very close to the campsite. The breakfast in the morning is really... relatively simple and does not match the price

The hotel room is large and unique, and the front desk staff is quite enthusiastic. However, I am very dissatisfied with such a large hotel and the luxurious dining banquet hall. On our first night, we went to have dinner before 6 o'clock. It was said that the chef had gone to help others, so it was closed. The next day, the front desk asked us to go early, but when we went at 5:30, we were told that the chef was on leave and we still couldn't eat. Originally, this hotel was in a very remote place. There were basically no places to eat around. On the first day, the gatekeeper took us to a nearby restaurant to eat, but we didn’t go. We drove to Fenglongwan Town to eat. The next day, we had to eat some food that was brought with us in the car. It was really The thing is, I don’t even know how the hotel does business, and I probably don’t want to do it; the breakfast is also surprisingly simple, hehe... It's a pity that the hotel where so much money has been invested is so poorly run that it feels like a bunch of elementary school students are running a big company.

房間裝修可以，乾淨整潔，就是服務人員態度較差；沒有服務意識，過了入住時間仍未打掃好房間，早飯較差，稀飯，鹹菜，白饅頭，白菜，澱粉腸，米線，餅乾之類，沒什麼好吃的。沒有熱水，沒有礦泉水。稀飯冰涼我就插上電熱一下，沒幾分鐘保潔員過來收盤子就關了電，我説粥冰的熱下吃，保潔硬説粥是熱的，從早熱到現在，我説，你是吃了粥還是摸了鍋，過一會阿姨還在喋喋不休，毫無服務意識。

酒店其實還好，就是前台服務人員態度一般，然後訂酒店時裏面並未説明包含鳳龍灣旅遊度假區門票，導致顧客不知道還重複購買門票，我們計劃是當天玩了到酒店休息，所以五點多到酒店時才説贈送門票，沒用上，浪費了，還花了冤枉錢，錢不多，心裏膈應！
