總體一般，衞生間設施屬於比較舊的，馬桶已經出現發黃的印記了。我訂的是100塊的房間，房間比較小。有一個窗户是壞的沒有把手，外面天井牆上有一個空調外機，整個晚上都在發出轟鳴聲。最重要的是，這個房間門不能反鎖，反鎖按鈕壞的。
可能我訂的是最便宜的，所以體驗感不怎麼好，這衹是個人觀點，大家酌情考慮。

優點是地點在火車站走路就可以到，我不知道是我的房間問題還是酒店整體問題，空調升温不了，我調的30度，還各種吹冷風……，然後沒有電熱毯，被窩冰涼，被子有點像棉被，除了我身體那塊區域超出一釐米都會冷死……想找前台下午出門時也不在，晚上回來了還是不在……我一晚上要冷死了，最後我用兩個暖寶寶放腳邊保暖……昨天晚上還是曲靖這久最冷的一天，總之體驗感超差

性價比絕了，房間很乾凈，酒店裡麪很文藝很好看，對面就是一條好長的街啥都有，陽光玫瑰好便宜，離車站也近，很方便，門口又有共享電動

酒店位於麒麟區，不喧鬧也不偏僻，適合避暑度假，門口還有專用停車場。大堂處還有陽光茶室，可以免費自助飲茶。房間和公區都佈置得非常雅緻，賞心悦目。

很好，在居民區周圍，非常清凈。出門過馬路就是一個很大的市場有很多吃的。庭院的房型外面有個小院子，可以坐着看書喝茶，很休閑。性價比高，下次來還會住的。
