這次入住體驗真的超出預期！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被優雅的環境和工作人員熱情的服務打動，辦理入住速度很快，還貼心介紹了周邊設施。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，床品舒適到讓人一夜好眠，衞浴用品品質也不錯。
中西式都有，食材新鮮味道好，餐廳服務人員也很周到。期間有任何需求，工作人員都能及時響應並妥善解決，那種被重視的感覺特別好。
地理位置也很便利，出行、購物都方便。整體來説，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，已經把它列入我的常住清單啦，強烈推薦！

非常不滿意，洗漱用具開房時候給，還不給梳子，需問着要，早餐超難吃，空調沒有熱風，問服務員怎麼沒有熱風，服務員回答，才20°，不冷呀。瑪德，我本來就有點感冒，還喜歡裸睡，被子薄得要命。結果第二天果然感冒加重了。本來訂的三天房，果斷退單了。以後再也不住維也納酒店了。

性價比不高，離市中心有十幾公里，説得好聽是區，其實衹是原來一個鎮，周邊吃個早餐很難，房間很小，床兩邊衹剩一個牀頭櫃的寬度，床尾寬度衹剩堪堪一米，除了一條凳子別無其他，衞生間淋浴房門口還有一灘水沒拖幹，前台服務態度生硬，多問一句都顯不耐，想把兩個房間連在一起，衹回一句沒有房間了，可到了晚上還看見隔壁房間有人辦入住，若不是另一個小哥熱情的幫我們聯繫吃飯的飯店，肯定差評，總之之後肯定不會再選擇。
