有被酒店不走心、不真誠的服務氣到！辦理入住時，前台小姐姐特別熱情，説是為了更好的服務，還可以介紹衢州，讓加了微信。結果入住後，在微信裏提了個問題，小姐姐連我是男女都沒分清，然後還發錯了訊息，這麼不上心的服務也是夠了。然後去三樓洗衣房，因為看到有洗好的衣物佔了洗衣機，想讓工作人員來看下。在樓道里禮貌的喊了工作人員你好，結果人家轉過身來瞅一眼，扭頭就走，毫無反應。我理解你可能不是負責這一塊工作的人，但你至少給個反饋啊，而不是這麼的無禮。到第二天退房，接到酒店賓客服務經理的電話，我進行了以上問題的反饋，説為了表達歉意，送我一張華住的金卡。然後就收到那種基本毫無價值的贈卡-體驗金卡。真是氣笑了！
