到底是洲際集團的王牌酒店 各種服務沒的説 房間設施也是一流的 無論是前台 還是客房服務員 還是禮賓部工作人員 都是一流的存在 酒店設施完備 國際級酒店的風采一覽無餘入住時候給房間做了免費的升級還贈送了大堂吧的飲品 沒什麼可挑剔的
特別温馨的是 前台小姐姐還贈送了同事製作的旅遊攻略 也向我推薦了周邊好吃的餐館 非常貼心

新年第一次旅行來到了浙江最辣的城市“衢州”選擇酒店的時候看到了今年一月份洲際集團新開的皇冠假日酒店。酒店是度假類型的，地處靜謐，不會被各類噪音打擾到，整個酒店佈滿了香氛。辦理入住工作人員事無鉅細。房間視野很好，空間很大。馬桶邊上單獨配備了一個盥洗池上完廁所後可以直接洗手。最讓人驚艷的還是渠-全日餐廳的服務，從一位文質彬彬的管理者Derrick 帶位入座開始介紹了餐廳佈局及特色菜品（鴨頭、鴨掌、清泉發糕等）再到用餐期間一位叫Kelly的工作人員經常來收拾骨碟，Alan在結束用餐時詢問用餐感受目送我們離開餐廳都是從一而終。這是第一次入住洲際旗下的皇冠假日感覺真的很棒，新酒店開業本來想的是開盲盒沒想到開出了隱藏款，前一天的陰雨綿綿到第二天的一縷陽光開啟了新的一天。

1月17號開的，酒店環境好，地理位置優越，電子科大學旁，前台服務熱情，周到，我們還有個娃他又多給了張孔廟門票，房間兩樓，温馨寬敞，客房清潔人員也很好，多給了一套鞋子，牙刷，房價格也很實惠，性價比超高，最最最喜歡的是早餐，中西餐都有，設身處地為客人考慮，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，停車也很方便，是理想下榻之處。

非常棒的入住體驗，出行之前前台電話溝通預計到店時間，以及有沒有什麼特別服務需求。到店後辦理入住很快，雖然中間有個小插曲，第一次入住的房間空調有點問題不制熱，但是酒店很快提供了更換房間的建議，特別要誇一下行政酒廊的工作人員，辦理迅速，而且還很温馨的送上飲料讓我們耐心等待。下次來衢不二之選。

設施：新酒店設施齊全，設計感十足，大堂不大，很有感覺
衞生：房間乾淨衞生
環境：周邊沒啥，要去古城裡麪，吃的玩的還比較多，景點很多，偏人文，帶孩子去逛一下博物館還是不錯滴，南孔文化傳承也可以
服務：服務員都比較熱情，見面打招呼

去衢州旅遊，住到衢州皇冠假日酒店簡直是挖到寶了！作為一家五星級酒店，價格和套餐內容性價比超高，花小錢享大滿足！
酒店外觀時尚大氣，一進大堂，工作人員就熱情迎上來，辦理入住高效又貼心，好感度瞬間拉滿。房間寬敞，採光超棒，嶄新的裝修沒有一點異味。經理説主體建築和衣櫃老早就弄好了，床品等傢俱也充分散味，住得安心又舒適。
早餐的體驗堪稱一絕，餐食豐富多樣，中式的熱粥、油條，西式的麪包、火腿，甜品水果也樣樣齊全。尤其值得一提的是早餐的衢州飯糰，一定要嚐嚐！軟糯的糯米緊緊包裹着酥脆的油條碎、鹹香的肉鬆和爽口的榨菜，每一口都層次豐富，各種食材的味道完美融合，一口咬下去超滿足，瞬間開啟活力滿滿的一天。早餐區的阿姨們特別熱情，不僅及時收拾桌面，還會貼心推薦特色美食。
酒店對面的大學校園是遛娃的好去處，地方大，景觀多，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。
這次旅行還沒結束，我就已經在計劃下次再來入住了，真心推薦給大家！

設施：大堂很氣派，是衢州住下來相對不錯的一家五星級酒店，裝修時髦
衞生：房間衞生細節做的不錯，特別是我在意的浴室和床品，這個要點贊
環境：環境非常安靜，邊上打車10分鐘就有兩個商場還是可以的，衹要是晚上我睡覺很舒服，一點也不吵，這個很重要
服務：最值得表揚的就是前台的服務人員，態度很好，很熱心，如果知道你是來旅遊的話一定會給你介紹好吃的餐廳，去了兩家鴨頭真的好辣呀😋
總而言之不虛此行啦，是我二刷的唯一選擇

衢州原來真是座低調和富有詩意的美麗城市，當然皇冠假日酒店的服務水平確實也很完美，體貼，熱心，周到，在你想到之前就會出現在你面前提供服務或者一個微笑，非常棒的入住體驗，完美的旅程。當然還要特別感謝酒店安排把孩子落在酒店的手錶給寄回來。

有點小失望，地下車庫很小，來晚了就沒有地方停車了，衹能停到後門或者酒店大門口，拿東西不方便，也沒有充電樁。衞生間返臭嚴重，雖然馬桶在單獨的一個小房間，但是在隔壁洗手枱也會聞到臭味。早餐不是很豐富，拿空的食品也沒有及時補上。可能是剛開業準備工作沒做好，希望後面能改進吧。
