The hotel is within walking distance to Water Pavilion Gate, the main historical quarter of Quzhou, an to the southern gate of the ancient city. There is a shopping mall in the same building and lots of small restaurants and eateries nearby. The room was well-equipped and quiet. The staff were friendly and even provided some welcoming fruits. The breakfast has a good variety and of decent quality.

Facilities: Complete. Although this hotel is one of the oldest brands in Quzhou, its facilities are updated in a timely manner without any sense of backwardness.

The room was clean and tidy. It was about 1.3 km to Shuitingmen Historical District (just walk along the river). The sunset at Shuitingmen was beautiful (Pictures 8 and 9). There were snacks in the room (Pictures 3 and 4). From 9 to 11 pm, there were warm suppers on the 10th floor (noodles, rice noodles, dumplings and some side dishes. Picture 5 was 2 servings of dumplings). The breakfast was quite rich (Pictures 6 and 7) and was just a small part of it.
