Bed sheets were changed temporarily, no quilt cover, front desk chat, front desk chat, front desk reception chat, high price, low quality, deceiving consumers
Room attendants kept changing keys, making people wait on the floor, and no one showed up after waiting for 10 minutes, terrible👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Incredibly disorganised and dirty. They ask you to leave your keys at reception whenever you leave and on 3 separate occasions the key was lost meaning we would have to wait for a manager with the master keys to drive to the hotel and unlock the room, often meaning waiting an hour in the lobby. On the 3rd occasion, the key was never found which meant every time we wanted to get into the room someone would have to let us in and every time they would accuse us of losing the keys and we would have to explain the whole situation again (through Google translate since nobody spoke English) even to the same receptionist twice in one day! The rooms were also very dirty with mould in the bathroom, a broken TV with it's pixels burnt out, sockets that will come out of the wall if you do not hold them back, bare wires and even on one occasion we returned to the room to find the toilet filled with blood. Very disappointed and will not be returning

The place is very dirty, and a window overlooks a place with ancient remains. You will find insects in the room. An old bed and an unchanged table with leftover cigarettes. A TV with a Moroccan channel. An old shower. There is no hot water. some water. and no towels on the shower and the elevator is broken. The important thing is deplorable. Peace be upon

L'hôtel est bien situé près des diyrd intéressants.le personnel est accueillant et serviable.la chambre est propre et le seul petit problème c'est qu'il y avait une fuite de la chasse dans la toilette.Quant au petit-déjeuner,il y a vraiment du tout.
