First Suites Hôtel

Terrible hotel for british customers Unfriendly staff Reception try to cheat you with the booking and make you pay extra for room cleaning. When I asked to check out three days earlier they will not refund me my money. Avoid at all cost. Never stay here again

After reading previous reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly on our arrival, we had a suite on the 3rd floor and the room was lovely. Large room which included a kitchenette, enormous comfy bed and wet room style bathroom (watch the loo paper!). All very modern and clean. The hotel has some funky art work, and a lovely rooftop restaurant. We had dinner there sat in the terrace, choosing 2 specials of a tangier and tagline, both delicious and very generous portions! The restaurant staff again were very friendly with the manager(?) especially helpful. Note no alcohol in this hotel. For breakfast, despite just asking for toast, we had delicious natural yoghurt, fresh orange juice, some sort of toasted cheese sandwich, salad, toast and jam! Far too much for us, but this wasn’t the full menu choice as also should hv had an omelette! Mint tea lovely - the manager showed us how to mix and pour properly. The hotel is a little way out of the city centre, but the tram runs right past so assume can catch that. There is parking under the hotel. A lovely visit, would recommend this hotel 👍

No towels the been hasn't been changed from previous guest air conditioner not working shower terrible. No Customer services stuff didn't care. 🤬 Location centre of Rabat .... The value of money so far from the reality, very expensive.
