Not a very good area: on one side there are sights nearby, on the other side there are no good cafes nearby, it takes about 5 minutes to get to nice places for walking. No kettle in the hotel. But there is tea and coffee at the reception. Terrace with a restaurant and a good view. The view from the room was to the inner courtyard. Attentive staff. Cozy common area

I had an excellent stay, and was warmly and professionally welcomed from the moment I arrived by the manager, who was attentive to my needs. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding guaranteeing a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service, ideal location and close to downtow and value for money. I would definitely go back!

Let’s have a honest review. Check-in : Delayed to a great extent. No welcome, greetings. Only the keys were handed out. Nothing explained, not even the direction to the elevators. Neither the breakfast timings nor the floor. Room : Extremely small, hardly any room to move, not what you see in the pictures (photo attached). Completely non functional AC. In fact, the room was hotter than outside. We had to open the narrow slit-like window to-let the outside cold come in. However low you put it, it’s not going below 25 deg C, that’s because the compressor isn’t on (saving electricity for the hotel) only the fan is spinning. Pillows as high as the Himalayas. Bed uncomfortable. Wifi very very slow. The refrigerator doesn’t cool (not replaced inspite of complaints). No amenities like a swimming pool, gym, designated parking (which are compulsory for a 4-star). Bathroom: The hand shower for the commode doesn’t work. No light above the mirror, difficult to shave or put on makeup (by my spouse). Warm water alternating with cold water bursts from the shower. Breakfast : Plenty of types of bread, but there aren’t any fruits, no hot items, no vegetables, only Beef sausages. Oh and a bland tasteless rice soup. Possibly they don’t know what items are to be kept on the breakfast table for a 4-star. If it had been designated as a 2-star, I wouldn’t have had any complaints, but charging the rates of a 4-star, is simply what you call is ‘cheating your customers.’ Overall : Absolutely not recommended. The facilities that were offered suites a roadside motel.

Our first night stay in Morocco. We had a pleasant night sleep and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had a had a pleasant surprise saw a double rainbow. It was so beautiful. We had a wonderful breakfast. The choices were great and the atmosphere was nice.

The hotel’s location is great, walking distance from a metro station. The room was so clean and very well equipped (thanks to Gourave for all his keen attention and cleanliness!). The staff is so friendly and helpful, thanks to Hany for all his support during my stay. I spent some time at the pool and the restaurant and the experience was asmazing. Worth the price and recommended!

Passing through Rabat for a short stay, my wife and I chose the RIHAB hotel. Frankly, I rate it 5/5 with joy. Everything was thought of for the great comfort of customers, reception/doorman/bedding/kitchen/room service/cleanliness/amenities… Thank you to all the people who make this place what it is today. In a good position, the structure has a beautiful panoramic terrace on the sixth floor; the rooms have been partly modernised. The quality of the dinner is terrible, while the breakfast is more than sufficient.
