An excellent hotel for families with children, but also for those who come without children with a dedicated adult area. The food is very good. The hotel offers the possibility of activities such as bike rides, mountain climbing, organized hikes and many other activities. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning to this hotel.

We stayed there for 1 week in July. The hotel has its pros, but definitely also its cons. Pros: The adults only area is great and quite new. Especially, the saunas and the adults only swimming pool are great. The child playground in the basement is huge and offers a lot. Cons: The food is very poor, especially given its in Southern Tirol, which generally is known for great food. For example during breakfast they offer some very poor choice of cheese and it seems like they purchase it from a discounter, as its not delicious at all and presented very poorly. For lunch they always offer some noodles with tomato sauce or minced meat, which is not bad per se, but not for 1 whole week! I mean why not some carbonara or pesto sauce? And one particular point to mention is that for lunch all people need to eat in a very small area, given most of the space which is available during breakfast and dinner is closed. Thus, it's extremely crowded during lunch, noisy and the staff is totally overstrained. For dinner, they always offer the very same salads. I mean I don't mind the same salads but they only offer very simple ones (e.g., grated carrots, green salad) without any toppings (i.e., no tomato-mozzarella salad, no rice salad etc.). There would be so many options but they absolutely go with the minimum. Then, the swimming area generally is big but the number of sunbeds isn't and so we had to sit on the floor several times. This might be because the weather wasn't always nice but for a hotel pretending to be top notch there should be enough sunbeds and space inside as well. The kids playground in the basement is huge but they don't care about the simple things, for example the kids toys were lacking batteries all time. We informed the reception several times but nothing changed. So, in essence besides the great adults only area we can't confirm some of the great reviews here. It seems the hotel might want to save costs after corona, but that goes along some very serious detriments. Therefore, we can't recommend this hotel at all!

Very big hotel that uses factory like processes to be able to manage the guests. Food is very poor. 4 stars is fake, it is at most 3 stars. They will send you a massive amount of spam mails if you register, make sure to use a fake email.

Check in ore 14.30, check out ore 15.30. Premettendo che la Budget era l’unica camera disponibile al momento della Ns prenotazione, per una struttura che aspira ad essere un 4stelle, non si può vendere una camera del genere che non ho trovato nemmeno in uno scarso 3*. Vecchia, mal tenuta, puzzolente di muffa, vista cantiere con a lato l’impalcatura e gli scarti della ristrutturazione a fianco ed il trapano H24. Oltretutto non è munita di condizionatore come invece mi avevano garantito. Per arrivarci si deve passare nel tunnel ammuffito, senza ricircolo d’aria che porta alle zone child. INCUBO. Poi si devono salire 1/2 piano o più con valigie, senza ascensore. Pagata la penale del 50% siamo scappati a gambe levate. Direttore incommentabile; fosse nella mia azienda l’avrei cacciato a calci. SPA davvero gentili, avevamo già prenotato 4 massaggi che abbiamo purtroppo disdetto.

Come ogni anno il soggiorno presso questa struttura è meraviglioso. Cucina ottima, accoglienza perfetta. Sembra di essere a casa. Il paradiso per i bambini e ragazzi, ci sono 4 scivoli, piscine dedicate ai più piccoli e spa dedicata agli adulti... relax per tutti i gusti Torneremo presto.

+ wunderschöner Wellness und Spa Bereich für Erwachsene + sehr viel Aktivitäten für Kinder, hier wurden einfach alle Erwartungen übertroffen! (Betreuung, Animation, Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, Essensangebot, kleiner Rodelbahn Kinderschwimmbereich mit Rutschen alles war 100%) + sehr schöne ruhige Lage, viele Wandermöglichkeiten + Langlauf/ Loipe vor der Tür - Service (beim Check-in kaum Informationen erhalten, auf Mängeln wird nicht reagiert, im Restaurant war das Personal jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit) - das Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand, Urinablagerungen, unerträglicher Gestank im Bad nach Urin. Auch in der Dusche hat es extrem nach Urin gestunken. Einige Oberflächen verstaubt, an den Glasfronten waren dreckige Fingerabdrücke zu sehen. Couch mit vielen Flecken und allgemein war das Zimmer sehr verstaubt und schlecht aufgeräumt, wobei die Ausstattung des Zimmers ganz ok war. Dieses Problem haben wir an der Rezeption mehrmals gemeldet. Erst beim zweiten Mal wurde reagiert. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte uns Alexandra nicht zur Verfügung stellen, da alles belegt war. Es wurde eine Putzfrau bestellt, sie hat das WC nochmal sauber gemacht und wir sollten erstmal abwarten, ob es nicht besser wird. Darauf hin hat Alexandra uns als Entschädigung Gutscheine für Restaurant ausstellen wollte. Auch am nächsten Tag war der Geruch noch da. Somit haben wir uns erneut an der Rezeption beschwert. Dies wurde von dem blonden Herren (Roen) angehört, jedoch anscheinend gar nicht weitergegeben… wir haben es einfach sein lassen, da das Personal kein Interesse hatte uns dabei zu helfen bzw. das Problem zu lösen. Beim Bezahlen sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass man die Umstände berücksichtigt und preislich uns entgegen kommt. Nichts ist passiert… Der André konnte im System nichts von dem mehrmals geschildertem Problem feststellen, Andrea(Verantwortliche für Kundenzufriedenheit) war nicht da und somit konnte man den Sachverhalt nicht klären. Nach einer langen Diskussion wurde uns ein Nachlass in Höhe von knapp 30€ gemacht….also statt 4.770€ jetzt 4.740€…eigentlich sehr traurig und schade für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die man seitens Hotel problemlos klären können. Consigliatissimo!!! Resort con molteplici attività per la famiglia. Cordialità e gentilezza. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite con spazi ampi, camera pulite. Da sottolineare attenzione al cliente e escursioni organizzate. Ristorante buono
