Studio Apartment in Countryside Villa with Swimming Pool

The apartment is at the lower ground floor of a beautiful villa, with independent entrance and enjoy the use of a private swimming pool, used only by guests of two apartments, (15 x 7 Mt with salt water), available from beginning of June till beginning of October) with paved surraunding area in stone and an adjacent service house with bathroom available. The whole property is fenced with stone walls. The apartment is new, fully furnished and fully equipped for a nice stay (linen, towels, pots etc). Both Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa, that are the closest towns, offer free beaches, gently sloping sand flats which are ideal for children. The house is at the center of Unesco protected area of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli characterized by "barocco" : beautiful churches and building's façades make the area absolutely unique. Agrigento, Noto, Siracusa and Catania are quite close and deserve a visit. Natural parks are also in the vicinity and guests love to visit at least Vendicari. Sea is clean; there are sand beaches and dunes, rocks for snorkelling or diving are all along the coast. Traditional food and good wine is offered in many restaurants in Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, which are very close, and in countryside typical restaurants.
