Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einzig fehlte uns ein Staubsauger zur täglichen Reinigung der Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlten uns einige Utensilien, z. B. Schöpfkellen, Salatbeteck, Schwingbesen.

Arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The reception area is lovely and clean. Check in was easy, and I was impressed that you are given a bracelet which contains a chip which is also your room key - so no need to actually carry a key or card - simply use the bracelet against the door lock to open it. I’ve never seen this before, but with 3 of us in the room, it meant that none of us had to carry a key anywhere. The room itself was nice, but some signs of wear and tear, but that didn’t bother us. The pool was cold, but nice and clean, with plenty of loungers around the pool. We booked room only, but upgraded to all inclusive on check in as they had an offer, which worked out at around 40 euro per day. There is an onsite restaurant, with in door and out door seating. An evening bar and a poolside bar - all serving drinks all day and night. The hotel is a 1 min walk to the beach, and really well located. As a family, we all really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back. It’s less than a 30 min walk to the old town, so no real need to hire a vehicle. The only negative, is that on the first night we went to the restaurant, we asked a member of the catering team which foods contained gluten (we had one person who had an allergy). The member of staff wasn’t at all helpful, but we realised that above each plate of food there was a QR code. We scanned the code and it took us to a list of ingredients, so we were happy we could work out what ingredients were in each dish. On the final night, one of the chefs saw us scanning the code and told us we couldn’t rely on the codes to be accurate. This worried us - if the codes arnt accurate, why use them? Luckily we didn’t have a severe allergy, but this could be a major issue to someone. Please make it clear what ingredients are in each dish. Aside from this, our stay was great and we would go back again.

This villa is located in a very tranquil spot between Alcudia and Pollensa, just a five minute drive to the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa and the same to the lovely old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, with their wide selection of restaurants and cafés.There is another 4 bedroom villa a short walk away called Villa Aubellons for those interested in 2 closely located houses. There is a gated driveway up to this villa, which is set in lovely mature gardens with citrus fruit trees and a lawn area around the swimming pool. There is a sunbathing patio area by the pool, and a small rooftop terrace and an outside shower room.The views from the house are really nice, across the Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor Peninsula.Inside, the villa is all on one level. The villa is of simple, traditional style with whitewashed walls and tiled floors. There is an open-plan lounge/ dining room with satellite television, dvd and cd player. The kitchen is open with American style breakfast bar and fully equipped with modern facilities.There is one double bedroom with a new en-suite shower bathroom, and three further twin bedrooms sharing another full bathroom. All the bedrooms have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units.- Alcudia / Pollensa- 4 Bedrooms (1 double and 3 twins)- 2 Bathrooms (1 ensuite shower room and 1 full bathroom) + 1 outside shower room- Satellite Tv and Dvd player.- Air Conditioning in bedrooms- Dishwasher and washing machine- Pool size: 7.8 m x 4.5 mts. (approx.). Depth 1.4 mm- Distance to the beach: 3.5 Km. (approx.)- Distance to the town: 3 Km. (approx.).

The place is huge and the rooms are very clean, but they clean it every 3 days and not a minimum cleaning to remove the sand, nor check if you need towels. We called for towels at 6:30pm and they showed up at 10:30pm. In the pool children can play rugby, have mattresses and jump on top but you can't drink a soda on the edge. There is not a single area without children, so the option of two adults alone is not good for this hotel. The beds are very comfortable but very small. The buffet does not change anything at breakfasts, the drinks are really bad. The place in general is beautiful and is in a good area. They said there were a lot of mosquitoes but with a repellent there is no problem.
