Stinky bed sheets and rooms smell very rotten. My suggestion not to opt this again

The rooms were smelling
and the bedsheets / blankets which are provided are smelling and stains on blankets/ bedsheets. Cockroaches are roaming in and around rooms. A/c controls are not working. Very late and lagers service or response by hotel teams. I have opted for extra bed which is worst and not at all comfort

No intercom facility, room service average, service boys are of poor knowledge of local area, overall maintenance of the lodge is poor. Fan in the lift produces sound during operation.

The rooms are clean and properly maintained. Regular room service is done. Comfortable for staying in rajahmundry. The hotel's lift works well and spacious corridors are there. Basic amenities like soap, clean towel are provided.

The hotel rooms look like they need upgrade in their cleaning staff and some minor repairs. I wouldn't pay 2480 for a room like this even if it covers breakfast.

Worst hotel experience ever had at this property. At the time we reached hotel they initially said there were no rooms. Later upon our discussion he said he will give deluxe room and asked us (group of 4) to adjust in that room which has only a double cot bed and when we asked for extra bed they have mentioned there were no extra beds and they are rude. After an argument he has given a room which is vacated and not cleaned. This housekeeping guy said they don't have any extra bed sheets and mentioned he will just dust those bedsheets and put the same ones. Later again after an long discussion the reception guy got new bedsheets. What kind of service is this?
after doing an advance booking, this hotel sitara grand property has the failed to provide us proper rooms instead we were given untidy rooms we are not at all happy.

The room is not comfortable and there are many mosquitoes in the room and service also averages finally just average worth to 1400-
