Popular Rajahmundry 4-star Hotels

I book room for two on 11th Dec for self and spouse. I was allotted Elite MAP for Rs. 4,500/- + Taxes. I was allotted a room in 6th floor. The room though in no-smoking zone was dreadfully stinking with cigarette smoke. I returned to the reception and asked for change of room, but he just asked another person to spray some perfume. Cigarette smoke + Perfume = Terrible stink. I again had to go to reception but they insisted on the same room. I had to call the ***ager, who gave me another room in 3rd floor. All the while my spouse was standing at the alley. Room was OK but the exhaust in bathroom was non-functional and the smell remains. I believe they have made the exhaust dysfunctional so as to save money. Still OK. Buffet food was good, but they need to take care of the flies and the cheap ice-cream they serve. South-Indian food is marvelous. ***y non-vegetarian items were also not marked appropriately. It was disgusting to see the waiters directly dipping the water jugs into the water cooler tanks, rather waiting for the taps to fill it. They took they payment but did not provide the bills (which I needed to claim from my department). Only after my 5th intervention/email threatening them of dishonest practice, they sent the bills after a couple of days on my mail. At the end, there will always be a retinue of men looking expectantly at you for tip/money. Overall, a mixed experience.

What can I say - the best hotel in the city, keeps the brand! In general, I liked everything. I was pleased with the presence of a bar and a wine list in the room. In terms of wishes - it would be nice to equip smoking areas. Of the minuses - a long checkout, they wanted to shortchange for a paid dinner.

It was a travel with family on the 08th Aug . Had to make a hard stop at Rajahmundry as it was late and driving till Vizag for night stay was difficult for us . Called the hotel Anand Regency number and spoke to their AGM who happily confirmed with tariff . When we landed , the rooms were not reserved . The reception *** was not bothered . Finally the Room was allocated and it was average . After we were given a room, the tariff was changed by the receptionist as the AGM had not informed the rates . Finally frustrated with frequent disappearance of the AGM for confirmation and his denial of rates later , we exited the hotel. The staff or the AGM were not bothered and guess neither will be the management ever for guests dissatisfaction . However this callous and casual approach at the first instance made me to discover a hotel- Hotel Manjeera Sarovar , a much superior and comparatively cheaper to Anand Regency

Last time when I stayed the room ambiance maintained was excellent. With lot of expectations and imagination for improved experience I logged in yesterday. I was slightly disappointed as my expectations were bellied. I have shared my experience with the reception while checking out. Hope they improve

Location and service are excellent just beside famous no 1sitara restaurant and beside godavari shore and business place.

The room was clean and decent staff only issue is it's near to railway track so you keep hearing g trains. I stayed solo for my work purpose it is safe

This hotel is situated on the banks of river Godavari. You can see the river from the hotel room if you are allotted the river facing rooms. The stay is very nice and the view is priceless. Mornings are blissful. However, the water them park is dirty and ill-maintained. The swimming pool is not operational.
