I finally found the best restaurant in Rajkot! Their new menu is fantastic. I went with my family, which gave us the chance to try a variety of dishes from different cuisines, including Chinese, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese—yes, even sushi! Every dish was absolutely delicious, and I loved everything we tried. The flavors were spot on, and it’s rare to find a place that offers such diversity in cuisine while maintaining such high quality in each one. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu!

I stayed there for two night with my family, our experience was top of world, we enjoy our stay, this hotel in main city center. the hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. Room is super clean & size also good. Breakfast good serve on first floor a large buffet. Thankyou bizz team

We stayed for one night and had a terrible experience. The rooms are dated and the breakfast is very basic. Requesting anything takes for ever eg towels, iron and I was told their house keeping staff don’t start work until 7:30am so don’t expect any service before this time.

Absolutely disgusting, room was very dirty, tiles were broken in the bathroom,carpet was full of stains and was disgusting to walk on. The shower just wouldn’t shut down. Smells from the hotel restaurant and it was very noisy from the restaurant.

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 4pm. We struggled into the hotel with all our suitcases whist the reception staff (Manoj) watched. At no point did he help. Check in was relatively quick and we were promptly shown to our room which was great. The room was old and looked very tired. There were marks on the wall, the curtains were dirty and did not fully close. The 'view' out of the window wasn't great. Breakfast was OK. The tea and juices were nice. The waiter wasn't very attentive and was more interested in watching the TV that was behind where we were sitting in the Breakfast area. After one day, we left the hotel and moved to a far better hotel (Imperial Palace) where the rooms and service was far superior. Would we return back to the Bizz? No. Would we recommend this hotel to our friends and family. No.

Very disgusting and dirty, bathroom was dirty looking. Carpets were disgustingly dirty, the whole was dirty. Tiles broken in the bathroom, so much noise coming from the restaurant area straight in to the rooms and also very smelly. Very disappointing

Excellent hotel, affordable price, room size & cleanliness also good. Staff from housekeeping very supportive & nice behavior with politeness.. if I got chance seconds time will definitely stay here & recommend to my other. Thanks to Bizz team

I was nice stay, very authentic food, center city location,. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly. I would like to book again. They serve all type food. We book business room for 2 people and it is quite good. We also hv wide spread breakfast.
