Beautiful resort . Ideally suited for weddings and large events. Food and service was great. A very large resort and have to be transported by buggies around the resort but this is not a problem at all. Rooms were excellent, large and well appointed.

Visited the property on the month of February for two days. beautiful property must visit if you are in Udaipur. Rooms were comfortable with view of panoramic Aravali range and lake. Food was delicious, staffs were helpful and ready to help all the time. also would love to mention few names Rohan (thank you for the photo frame) Asmita and Prasansha .

It was amazing experience visiting here ..!! Loved the hospitality of each and every member from low level management to higher management..!! They were polite, cooperative, and lovely..!! Thanks to Vikram ( cafe manager ) and his team Arpita, Ravi, Aman and Nima for suggesting such a yummy food and mocktails..!!

Wow, what an incredible experience at Mementos by ITC Hotels Ekaaya Udaipur! This place is truly amazing—nestled in the stunning Aravali hills with views that take your breath away. The service? Absolutely spectacular, beyond anything we expected. The food is a delight, bursting with flavor, and the accommodation is pure luxury—everything is top-notch and way above our expectations. A huge shoutout to the staff who make this place so special; they’re the heart and soul here. Special thanks to the waiters for their warmth and care, and a very special nod to Mr. Ashwani from the restaurant series—your service was like an art spectacle, sir, and it made our dining experience unforgettable. The food and the hotel are 7 star and top notch. But the approach to the hotel is third class and very risky & dangerous. At night it is even more riskier with steep trenches. Such a big property and ITC group should see into this as it is more riskier in monsoon season.

Great hotel and ambience. Top-notch services. Ms.Mona , Rohan and Ankita were very polite and helpful for every need of ours.The rooms were spaceious and dining options are varied. Really loved the vibe. Will definitely recommend it to everyone who's looking for a perfect staycation.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was a magical experience, the food was 10/10, the hotel services were lovely and the staff were so accommodating ! The hotel was so clean, and the view from every room was so beautiful! I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future !
