I have been staying here for many years to visit family. The rooms are fantastic - large walk in shower with toiletries. Fridge and safe and good storage kettle and coffee and coffee machine. Staff are friendly and helpful breakfasts amazing. The choice is endless evening meal the same. Access to pool and country club a huge bonus.

Warm and friendly staff. The outdoor areas are clean and flowers everywhere. Rooms were very comfortable. Great swimming pools for adults and children. Breakfast was awesome and dinner also was excellent. There's also a fun gymboree for children. We can't wait to come back again!

My mother, daughter and I went to the spa for massages to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We were very disappointed - there was no spa area to change - no robe was given - and relax - before the massage. It was a dingy area at the end of a hallway. It felt creepy and unappealing. We waited outside the changing rooms for the pool, and were told to show up for our massages at the time of our appointments. The massage room was unattractive, makeshift, and cold. We were told to leave our clothes and belongings on plastic crates. My massage was very good, but the masseuse my daughter had kept answering her phone during her massage! It was a creepy experience. We do not recommend the spa. The kibbutz put a lot of resources into the pools, the restaurant, and the lounge areas, but seemed to have decided to add a “spa” as an afterthought, and indeed, it shows.

No proper room cleaning for 3 days! 3rd bed in room wasn't made up when we arrived. In fact, we asked them to send up sheets, took over 5 hours and they didn't make the extra bed. Dining room service was excellent. Pool was nice but crowded since it's also a country club.

While visiting in Israel, we stayed at Ramat Rachel Resort. It's about an hour drive from Telaviv. We stayed here because it's close to all the attractions. The room was a good price. The room was good for Israel. Israel is an old country, so it's not a lot of brand new hotels. However, the rooms were fine. The water pressure was good. The staff was nice. Of course, there were minor issues with communication. We used Google translate. The hours of the gift were very limited and the prices were very, very, very expensive. There's alot of history at this location, which made things more interesting. Dinner was excellent, the chefs were beautiful 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟. Would stay here again.

What a unique experience for the famely, to enjoy the facilities of the kibbutz and understand how they live and produce. Every day there's something to do and the team is remarkably great. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience something new. I'LL BE BACK!

Ridiculously overpriced for bad service, lack of basic amenities, simple rooms, bad plumbing, smelly pool. Staff is uninterested in assisting at all. Check in line was endless and took literally an hour. We asked to warm some food up for kids and were declined. Stay away
