My experience was mostly fine, but the behavior of Manager Mukesh left a lot to be desired. He was rude and ill-mannered, which made the checkout process unpleasant. The rest of the staff, especially in the restaurant, were friendly and professional, which made up for some of the negativity. It seems like Manager Mukesh might be following instructions from the hotel owners to overcharge guests, as his actions came across as an attempt to take advantage of customers. I've seen similar complaints from others, and unfortunately, I had the same experience. Be cautious when dealing with Mukesh!
