I had an amazing stay at Hotel Atlantis. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully renovated . The breakfast was outstanding! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel and staff were very accommodating and professional on check in. The staff were very helpful, and suited the room to my needs. The rooms were very clean and were ready for guests. The parking was free, and very ample. The daily breakfast was exceptional. They had morning hours for service with hot (eggs, bacon,etc) as well as cold items. Very professional. I stayed for 2 nights, and they were very nice. When I return to Ramstien for business on base, I will stay here again.

Quick overnight stay when the Ramstein Inn on the airbase was full. Saved me $80 vs staying on post, and that's if you don't include the huge breakfast. Room was small and unimpressive, exactly suiting my needs. No more, no less. Cold when I arrived, but quickly warmed up with the dual heaters (on outside wall and in bathroom. My room had single bed, desk, TV w English and German channels, Huge shrank (closet) and another dresser. Bathroom had shower which while a little small worked well for pressure and temp. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast did not include labelled GF options, but I was able to self-assemble a great selection of safe items and had no gluten issues. My window was huge, standard euro-style that opens to vent at the top or swing fully open. Looked out onto parking lot with forest beyond. Nice view of planes flying over. The attached "Restaurant" (based on view from the street) is actually only used as a breakfast room. It's plenty roomy and had a bright morning sun pouring in. With the strong coffee and 2-juice selection, a great place to start the day. Short bike ride from the base, a little long to walk. No nearby businesses to visit on foot.

This hotel was near a facility I needed to be by. I booked it 8 am the day I wanted to check in, and called them to ask how early I could check in, and that I was tired. The manager/attendant told me to come right away, they will do everything they can to get me a room ready. "in the mean time, have some breakfast". NOT included for this day. They were super nice, super hard working people, and my room was very clean and convenient. No complaints at all. Great place to crash.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im frisch renovierten Zimmer im Hotel Atlantis sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet mit großen Fliesen und einem hellen Boden, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mit einem kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür – sehr praktisch! Das schnelle und zuverlässige WLAN war ein großer Pluspunkt, ebenso wie das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl war vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ich kann das Hotel Atlantis uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
