I called the same day I booked to request a downstairs room. I was assured I’d get a downstairs room. When I checked in, I reconfirmed it was a downstairs room and they said they’d given me an upstairs room. I asked them if they could give me a downstairs room and they said they didn’t have any. The South Asian manager said very insincerely, “Sorry,” while the desk agent said nothing at all. They didn’t even offer me any discount off my booking or a voucher towards a future stay. NOT recommended.

1. The advantage is that parking is convenient and free.
2. About half an hour away from Coachella venue
3. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved...there is still dander
4. There was still soap in the toilet left by the previous tenant, obviously it was not cleaned properly
5. Because of the music festival, the room was not cheap, more than 10,000 Taiwan dollars a night...but I had already paid, and there was no time to change hotels...I could only make do with it...
6. There are few plugs in the room and no hair dryer. Fortunately, I brought my own hair dryer.
7. The room is dimly lit and the soundproofing is poor. You can hear noises from upstairs while sleeping at night...
If possible, I will look for another hotel next time😭

It's not in the center, but Palm Springs itself is not that big, so it was easy to get around.
The bedding was clean, and the outdoor pool was clean. They serve coffee in the office in the morning.
There's also ample parking.
The facilities are generally old. The light in front of the desk was broken, but they fixed it when I asked the desk.
The staff are all friendly.
If you book cheaply, it's a good value choice.
