Well, from what I booked, it was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment. However, I was given a 1bed (Room.303), and when I went down to enquire, the reception lady wasn't helpful and blamed it on the app. Then I had to ask for a wifi password, which I would have assumed you would be given at reception. I ordered something, and when I went down to get it, the same reception lady gave me a bit of attitude when asking her how to open the main door so I could collect. Now I'm not normally one to complain, but I guess she didn't realise she was dealing with a person who has worked over 15 years in reservations, and I am very much aware of how OTAs work. I am still very upset about the wrong room choice I was given and made to feel like I'm the one who made an error. Then there was NO iron and hairdryer in the room. Apparently, they don't have any available from what I gathered from the housekeeping lady.
Besides that, the housekeeping lady was exceptional, and the apartment was very clean upon check-in. Hopefullysomeone from the place will address these issues.

The place is great and clean. It has everything (excl.hair drier). The location is a bit isolated from everything l. Downstairs there are 3 restaurants. So if you have a car - a great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and very spacious, we enjoyed our stay there, however there was not enough towels for 4 guests.

It was one of the worst Booking experiences we've had. The apartment was not clean, there were no glasses, pans (the two that were there were dirty), there was no sponge to wash the dishes, the apartment was flooded due to the rain and no one came to clean it… we were the ones who had to remove all the water! The reception was also flooded, preventing people from moving around! To top it off: fights in the apartments at night, loud music, barbecues on the balconies (which left the apartment full of smoke). No one to help us! Furthermore, there is a bar in front of the apartment and the noise goes on until very late! The apartment is an oven and the fan (only one for two bedrooms and a living room) is not enough to circulate the air. We made dozens of requests for help. They didn't respond to us. Only the next day, they apologized and tried to impress us with a bottle of wine. It was late! The service is terrible! DO NOT STAY HERE! You will earn money that you could spend in other, better places! Don't trust anything you read or see on social media.
