This hotel is overrated. Most facilities are old. The prices are very high for the only reason of Ramoji Film City location. One morning they served only flakes for breakfast because of many rooms unoccupied.

The beds have been the most comfortable ones in the hotels I have visited. Period!. The hygiene of the rooms are top notch. Hotel people right from HK, stewards, receptionists Stella, arun, Hemant, venkat reddy door *** everyone are lovely and responsive. Foods were yummy. Had an unforgettable comfortable stay to say the least.

Overall: Overall a good luxury hotel with premium feel in the lap of nature, away from the city crowd, within the outer complex of Ramoji Film City. Stayed for 2 nights with one entire day in Ramoji Film City, paid tour. Room & bath: Clean & plush. Service: Good response Restaurant: Premium decor & feel, good taste, spread good. Special thanks to Mr Ashok & Ms Nitu Feedback/Minus for restaurant: The restaurant capacity is very limited. So when there is bulk booking for conference/seminar, they shift the breakfast venue to a hall for all guests. For family guest, it gives a feeling of attending a seminar and is no where compared with the actual restaurant with premium feeling. So family guests should be seperated from bulk bookings. Though this issue has not affected the quality of food. Front desk & travel desk: The staff is very courteous & friendly. Felt like being at home. Besides other staff, special thanks to Ms Kajal for her coordinations. Overall highly recommended if you are planning a visit to Ramoji Film City. #casunilgupta95

We have Sitara hotel It was very nice. The dining experience was a truly highlight of our stay offering an executive range of dishes that were as usual stunning has ever delicious. The the level of hospitality at this hotel is unparalled the staff was always proactive ensuring we had everything we needed and more contributing to a stay that was as a comfortable as it was a memoriable peaceful and surrounding and very good ambience staff where very polite we have spa it's an on eating for the relaxing moments particularly the jaccusi miss komali very good person altime smile on her face well receiving perfect for describing the quality of the food during the dining experience
