The absolute worst! We stayed two nights a week apart. On the first night the bedspreads were visibly dirty. A vent somewhere made a rattling noise so loud it woke us up early in the morning. And shortly afterwards there was a strong sewer odor. Also, the only windows faced the hallway. The website said that there was an elevator; there wasn’t. The second stay was even worse. The toilet didn’t flush, the sink had no water and the room was visibly dirty. They had moved us to a different room in building “C”. This room at least had running water and looked like it had been cleaned. However, the bathroom had black mold, the hallways looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months and the handrails were all sticky. All the covers were off the electrical box and the fire extinguisher and tons of mouse droppings in both entrances. On a positive note, the older woman at the front desk both days was very nice and she tried to help. Crazy thing: it was the same rate as the Quality Inn in Keystone (owned by the same company) and that location was very clean and had a pool.
