Most things were excellent except water putties around various locations such as the floor of elevator and around the soda in the first floor. I think they were from kids went to swim and when they got out , they did no t dry out outside the pool. They were just dripping waters all over the place. That was a hazard for other customers. I made the staff aware of it. You should have a rule regarding swimming rule. They should have dried out before out of the pool area. In addition kids were running n the hallway and made very noisy. You should separate family with kids from family without kids.

Dirty room. Hair all over the shower. Floor was muddy. No microwave or trash can in room. No cups for water or coffee. Kids running up and down halls all hours of night.
Not a good place for the prices charged.
