+ staff at the receptionand front desk manager Mr. Sameh are amazing, very friendly and helpful , good location
- small rooms, cleaning staff forgot changing towels had to remind them 3 times ( 3 days ) seems they need more training.

It can be a good option for families if Hotel management can do something for kids sleep, either increase the size of bed or arrange something for kids.
I faced difficulty to sleep with my 11 months old infant.

Customer service is at best. Very polite and professional front office, housekeeping and security staff. Always smiling and accommodating special requests.
Great view from the room and good facilities and amenities.
