BM Beach Hotel

The reception staff, especially Mr. Omar, Raouf, and Anish, were incredibly helpful. This was my first personal experience at the hotel. The room service was very prompt, and honestly, the breakfast was perfect.

This is a very good hotel. It's a bit dated, being an older property, but everything works. Some rooms have already been renovated. The food is decent; breakfasts are a bit simple, but dinners are good (drinks, tea, and coffee were included). Room cleaning is slightly subpar, but the gorgeous beach, warm water, and plenty of sunbeds (enough for everyone) make up for it. These pros outweigh the minor flaws in the hotel. There's a sort of Egyptian animation team that tries to entertain guests in the evenings and by the pool. Within walking distance, there's a hypermarket (with incredibly low prices), a mall, restaurants, and shops. You can take a city bus to the city center and to two other malls; you pay the driver directly. UnionPay is accepted almost everywhere, including the hotel. I stayed there for 2 months and would happily return.

A beautiful and comfortable stay, and the location right on the beach is excellent. The room was clean, the service was pleasant, and the staff were cooperative.

Excellent value! Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The lockers are very bad, nothing works.
