This is a hotel that has nothing to do with the quality that is generally found in Alto Adige. Absolutely to be avoided. Rooms from the 50s, a half-functioning wellness center, a pool that needs cleaning and unspeakable food. We spent two nights in this hotel, me with my family and two other friends of mine with their family, on the outside of this poorly maintained structure, you can see that it should be a three-star superior but if it has one it is a lot. The first dinner we had we had to choose from the menu where there were two appetizers that have nothing to do with Alto Adige because one was ham and melon and the other was cod, three first courses a trout risotto, gorgonzola gnocchi and a leek cream, two second courses a veal stew and a salmon steak. For dessert there was only the choice of tiramisu, a friend of ours reiterated the fact that she cannot eat foods with raw eggs and we thought they would offer an alternative instead they replied that there is only that. When we got to the room I have to say that the floor was dirty and very dated, it looked like a thirty-year-old guesthouse, the beds and furniture were at least forty years old and the bathroom, in addition to the broken sink, literally split, was truly a hole. When we went down to the wellness center, we first went to the pool at the edge where the water reaches, the tiles instead of blue had turned yellow, lots of chlorine and not very clean. On the ceiling above the pool you can clearly see the mold coming out. The wellness center, equipped with four showers, only one of the three Turkish baths worked, only one of the three worked, the only thing that worked well was the Finnish sauna and the low temperature sauna. I heard that a customer asked an operator if he could have another herbal tea because the one they had brought to the wellness center had run out, while at the reception there were three people constantly chatting among themselves. The breakfast was depressing to say the least, two packaged cakes, some sandwich bread to heat up in the oven, single-serving packaged jams, butter, the same thing, being in Alto Adige, where you can generally find fresh and homemade yogurt, there were packaged yogurts from Rimini. We asked for coffee and cappuccinos as soon as we sat down, but unfortunately both mornings the hot drinks arrived at the end of breakfast. I strongly advise against it, unfortunately it is part of a hotel chain where the important thing for them is to make numbers and boast about having a hotel from their chain in Alto Adige. Every year, together with my friends, we go on long weekends in various hotels in Alto Adige, we have tried so many and all the ones we have tried are of impeccable quality, unfortunately for the first time ever we found a hotel that has nothing to do with the quality and courtesy of this region.
