Hotel Reemz

I was conned by the good reviews for this highway hotel. Reached at around 9pm, parking was almost full and security was missing to guide us. Had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to.come and help with the luggage. Room was decent, restaurant awful. Ordered room service, the soup and toast sandwhich arrived cold with half the soup spilt on the serving tray. Taste was passable Breakfast was awful, with a heap of cold omlettes and poha. Toaster has only 1 slot functioning and you need to ask someone which one it is. The waiters look like they've just woken up from their sleep and forced to do duty at the restaurant. They don't seem interested in doing anything. The restaurant opens at around 745 am All in all, not a place I will bother to visit again

The photographs you see of this hotel in all the listings are from when the place was new; the hotel and the rooms are no longer in that condition. The walls in the rooms are plastered, the AC is broken, the swing mechanism was not working, and the intercom did not work during our entire stay. There was no room service, and each employee had their own version of why things weren't working and why there was no room service. One of the employees told us that it's because it's New Year. This is not a 3-star hotel; anyone who rates it as such is a *****. The pillows were yellow and had a nauseating odor. We had to request eight times before we got our additional beds, and the bed sheet had stains and a strange smell. Most of the rooms were not occupied; they were being used by the employees, who would pass their time there instead of attending to guests. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the one star in this review is for that and for the guy who lifted the spoon from the ground that a lady accidentally dropped.

It's a great hotel for a semi urban setting. The staff, room and food was great. Where they fell short, were the breakfast variety.

Floor tiles were broken, toileries were broken, hand jet in washroom was broken. There was no help with these things.

Supposedly upgraded room. Poor quality room, beds, no tv or internet. Unhygienic bed with stains in one corner of the sheets. Terrible bathroom, no geyser

I had booked the hotel on 5th nov. Through mmt, but when i reached at hotel on 10th nov. Night after 5 hours drive, hotel claimed that they were overbooked and cannot offer me a room. When i raised my voice, then they allotted me a room for which they took 20 minutes to clean and let me in.
