third class experience at a hotel with an executive sea view booking. Upon arrival, we were informed that only a side view room was available, obstructed by coconut trees that blocked both the view and airflow. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, refusing to engage in any discussion. They demanded an additional 3800/- for a sea view room, despite my initial payment exceeding that amount. The room lacked basic amenities like handwash, and there was a camera installed, which raised privacy concerns. The room service was inadequate, with no communication or proper maintenance. Breakfast was included in my booking, yet we were not informed about it, and when I inquired, they hesitated to confirm its availability. The treatment we received felt demeaning, akin to that of a beggar. Do not be misled by the attractive online images; this experience was a complete deception.

Property is good but quite old and hence doors, equipments need attention and maintenance. Staff is good. Breakfast is good but avoid taking Lunch /Dinner there. Food is too spicy and not fresh.

The food was too good specially Modak also veg and non veg starters were excellent. Location was beach site even you can enjoy entire night by watching sea view and waking bridge. Staff was super cooperative, only thing to improve is food delivered time.
