The resort is located in Malgund, a little ahead of Ganpatipule. The stay area is different and beach access area is different, you have to cross the street to access beach. The beach area is beautiful and scenic. It has a cafe and well planned sitting arrangement near beach. One can sit for hours peacefully and enjoy the beach view. The stay area is walkable and all the main areas can accessed, or you have buggy option too. Breakfast had variety of spread, but lacked the taste. But the restaurant food is good. Rooms are clean, and have all necessary amenities. Not as spacious compared to what they charge.

I am compelled to express my disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of the security personnel at this establishment. Specifically, it has come to my attention that they have placed relaxation chairs outside the property boundaries, encroaching upon public beach areas. Furthermore, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the security staff's aggressive and intimidating behavior towards individuals who inadvertently occupy these chairs. Their actions constitute a clear overstep of authority and a blatant disregard for the rights of beachgoers. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue, ensure that their security personnel conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, and respect the boundaries of public property.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Place to Visit! This is one of the best locations to visit! The ambiance is fantastic and perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The service was really good—special thanks to Prashant for being so friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. They served us the best drinks and food. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a memorable dining experience. Will definitely come back!

I recently stayed at Blue Ocean The Fern Resort & Spa with my friends, it was a wonderful experience. The resort's location is stunning, with a private beach and lush greenery surrounding the property. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Prashant was our server when we visited the beachside restaurant of the Fern Ganpatipule Blue Ocean resort. He is extremely polite and soft spoken with a very friendly attitude.

Highly Disappointing – Checked Out Early Due to Poor Experience Booked for 2 nights but ended the stay after just one — that says it all. The property is unnecessarily vast and poorly designed. Reaching the room, reception, restaurant, bar, or pool involves a long, inconvenient walk with no internal transport or proper signage. It’s frustrating, not relaxing. The room was in awful condition — broken furniture, outdated interiors, and worn-out amenities. To top it off, there was no in-room service available, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range and brand category. Fern is known for eco-luxury and quality, but this place fails on both fronts. Poor maintenance, zero convenience, and no attention to guest comfort. Beautiful location completely wasted. Would not recommend at all — major overhaul needed

The room had everything we needed and was very comfy. The staff are so polite and made us feel so welcome! I feel like i have a new home and have met so many beautiful person. Thr hotel is clean and spacious and the decor is beautiful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is staying in mumbai. Thankyou for making our holiday 😊
