The staff was unfriendly and easily irritated. The reviews people write about this hotel and give it high ratings are completely irrelevant. The hotel is dated, and the power kept going out in our room. It was simply a waste of our money.

Great location with fantastic views
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel which was a bit like stepping back in time with lots of quirky bits and bobs which all added to its unique character. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on breakfast.
The hotel was super clean and tidy.
However the ace up the sleeve of this hotel is its position and views. Hands down the view from our bedroom balcony was the best we’ve ever had. It was breathtaking!!! This view can also been seen from the pool and restaurant, there really is no bad spot!!
Overall we would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Ravello.

My husband and i went here in august and we had an amazing stay. The view from our hotel room was amazing. The food at breakfast and the restaurant was great and delicious. We would definitely come back here.

The Best View and Friendliest Service
We loved this hotel and the excellent pool with view and the perfect restaurant with incredible food selection. The rooms were good to go, the terrace rooms were wonderful and the view was priceless.
