Very well appointed hotel, fully modernised with large rooms, comfortable beds and quiet. The onside restaurant was really good with superb service that went above and beyond. All the staff were great and I would recommend this hotel for business or leisure...just a shame I didn't have more time to try out the gym and other facilities. Highly recommended!

During a visit to my German “hometown”, I opted to stay her rather than friends. We went during Rutenfest and the location was prime to go from Cory to fair grounds. Room was well appointed with your basic necessities. The even have Ritual toiletries. Lovely. They have a restaurant (see other review) and are very helpful when looking for things like dry cleaner. Parking is iffy and you need to go to the garage “Untertor” down the street. Good luck if you have a larger car as it’s very narrow. Would definitely stay here when coming back.

I highly recommend the hotel. I had a very nice, large room overlooking the street. It was extremely quiet in my room. The pillow could have been a bit softer for my liking. But everything else was top-notch. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The small sauna in the attic is beautifully designed and was a great treat after a stroll through the city. Overall, the hotel is fantastic if you want to explore the city; everything is just a stone's throw away. Check out the fantastic art museum.

We stayed at the Kaiserhof for one night and had specifically asked for a waitlist because the hotel was originally fully booked. As previously mentioned, the reception was rather lackluster. The rooms are stylish, modern, and clean. The service in the bistro was friendly, and the food was good, but the value for money wasn't right. €30 for 80g of spaghetti with five shrimp is quite steep. Breakfast wasn't worth it. The hotel was very busy, and the service (for two people) was overwhelmed. We had to get our own cutlery and napkins. The food selection was limited, and the line at the coffee machine was too long. Due to the limited service and the resulting long waits, we decided not to order egg dishes. This hotel is understaffed even at full capacity. For €311 per double room for one night, you expect more.

An elegant city hotel with very spacious rooms. Beautiful, modern, functional furnishings. High-quality box-spring beds with very good bedding (e.g., pillows that made for a really good night's sleep). We could barely hear the air conditioning, which was criticized in another review (we are otherwise sensitive to noise). However, the hotel also states that the system is turned down after 10:00 PM. Perhaps adjustments have been made here. The bathroom in our room would have been large enough for people with limited mobility, perhaps even a wheelchair. We weren't able to visit the Kaisersaal restaurant, but we did visit Hermanns Restaurant Café Bar. They served fantastic snacks and a very good selection of drinks. We found all the staff to be friendly.

The hotel has a great location, right in the city center. Perfect if you want to explore Ravensburg. Great breakfast, a great atmosphere throughout, and the bistro offers a small but fine selection of dishes with matching wines. The espresso afterwards, however, was a disaster. 🙈 Numerous construction sites make access difficult, and unfortunately, there is no parking directly at the hotel. There is a parking garage within walking distance, but that's a no-go for me. The rooms are stylish and tasteful, the bed very comfortable, and everything is very clean. However, the air conditioning cannot be turned off, which results in a constant noise. Opening the window is only partially useful, as the traffic noise is then annoying. But a city center hotel is a city center hotel. 😉 Unfortunately, the service is abysmal. The reception was lackluster and unfriendly, both the arrival and departure team. A "warm welcome" really couldn't be better! The breakfast lady was alone (I could only see one) and was accordingly stressed. Special requests (fried egg) were possible, but here, too, I was missing a "gladly." I will be back. And then I'll try the highly praised restaurant. Second chances are a must! 😀

I can highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I stayed there from Thursday to Friday to escape the Blutritt (vineyard). We live right on the affected street, and after 7:00 a.m. at the latest, sleep is out of the question. So we decided to stay at the Kaiserhof. We stayed in the Hermanns Suite on the 2nd floor and were more than impressed. The suite is equipped with a spacious bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet), a living area, and a separate bedroom. What impressed us even more was the terrace with a view of the houses in the old town. Another highlight was the separate toilet, which is particularly important to us but unfortunately rare in German hotels. There is also a minibar stocked with a bottle of Brut, beer, and other non-alcoholic beverages, and all of this is included in the room rate. We reserved a table for dinner at Hermanns Restaurant. The food was rather modest in size but extremely delicious. The menu states whether you want a large or small portion for the main courses. We opted for the large portion, thank goodness :). The absolute must-try for dessert is the crème brûlée with fruit sorbet on crumble. The cocktails and long drinks were also fantastic. We started with a White Russian and continued with a few Latin Lovers for the rest of the evening. We really enjoyed the atmosphere at Hermann's, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely stay there again for the next Blutritt.
