Rexan Hotel

It's great hotel I strongly recommend it specifically for those who have transit in Tehran Imam Khomeini Airport.

The hotel is nicely located at the international airport.It also offered complimentary airport shuttle. Very convenient for early departure. The buffet breakfast offered lots of variety, both western and Iranian dishes.

We were somewhat dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we asked for an early check-in, and the hotel allowed us to check in early without mentioning that it would cost €40. After we were already in the room, a staff member told us to go back to the reception, where we were informed that we either had to pay €40 for the early check-in or give up the second night of our stay—which had already been paid for in advance. We reluctantly agreed to this, but we were unhappy with how it was handled. Then, during check-out, they tried to charge us the €40 anyway. After a long discussion and the involvement of multiple staff members, they finally let us leave without paying the early check-in fee, as they had already taken away our second night. This is not acceptable. Guests should be clearly informed of any extra charges at the time of check-in—not surprised afterward and put under pressure. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disappointing.

The stay was wonderful The place the surrondings were really beuatiful enjoyed the stay alot  Stayed for nighy but it was perfect  Specially the receptionist who have helped us finding our trip.com booking reference and other things i forgot her name but she was so helpfull and she was really good it was around 1:30pm when we booked in so this review is specially for that reception and  Sorry i forgot ur name otherwise i would have absolutly mentioned it. Thanks

Very professional and friendly staff. The design is very modern and stands really for luxury. All areas were very clean. It was amazing.
